The 29th annual Circle of Art Show and Sale is scheduled for Saturday March 10 and Sunday March 11, 2018 at Christmas Circle in Borrego Springs. Show hours are 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday. Food booths are to be set up, staffed, and ready for customers no later than 9:00 am Saturday and Sunday. Vendors may also set up on Friday afternoon.The fee for both days is $200. The fee must be submitted with the food vendor application, however, the check or money order will not be deposited until the event. Refunds will be considered if the Committee establishes that an acceptable reason for the cancellation exists (inclement weather does not constitute acceptable reason for cancellation).Food vendors must have a valid permit from the Dept. of Environmental Health to participate. If you have an existing “Yearly Temporary Food Facility” permit, please send a photocopy to Circle of Art, P0 Box 1914, Borrego Springs, CA 92004-1914, no later than February 15, 2018.If you don’t have a “Yearly Temporary Food Facility” permit, please sign and return the County's application and required documents plus the required fees to: County of San Diego, Dept. of Environmental Health, PO Box 129261, San Diego, CA 92112-9261 by January 30, 2018.
